We handle every parcel with care and ensure that the orders are in good condition before sending out to the logistics provider; but even the most lovingly prepared parcel can get dropped or jostled en route to your address. If the products you looked forward to receiving have arrived damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receiving them, we will offer you an exchange where possible. Please call us or email us at info@epionce.com.hk and we will try to resolve the issue for you.
Exchange Terms
Goods returned or exchanged must be brand new unused, intact and undamaged.
If you need to exchange or return the item(s) due to quality issues, we will bear the shipping fee for the exchanges and returns. If that is not the case, you have to bear the cost of shipping the item(s) to our warehouse.
All products are allowed exchange only once within one order, and we would not accept any refund request.
If your order fail to meet the requirements for accepting exchanges, we has the right to refuse your exchange application.
In case of dispute, the decision of Episciences Hong Kong Limited shall be final.
Completion of transaction
Transaction is deemed to have been completed after 7 days upon delivery. We shall not bear any legal responsibility and will not arrange any replacement or further exchange.
We do NOT accept exchange or refund under the following circumstances:
Completed order after 7 days of delivery.
Opened and used product.
Products without original packing or damaged.
Discounted items or items with special prices.
Gifts or testers.
Products returned due to skin irritation.
If you are returning an item because of a quality defect, we will return the items to the relevant manufacturer for inspection and verification, the average processing time is 1-2 months.
We will replace the item free of charge if the defect is confirmed.
Refund
After dispatching the order, we will not accept customer's request for refund.
Our company will arrange a refund if the order is not yet fulfilled. The final refund amount will be the balance after the administration cost (10% of the order amount or HK$50, whichever is higher) is deducted.
All refunds shall be settled in the same currency as purchased.
In case of dispute, the decision of Episciences Hong Kong Limited shall be final.
